Bringing hope & a future to the African children
Wipe Tears Africa (WTA) was founded in 2010, dedicated to restoring hope and transforming the lives of vulnerable children and families in Uganda. We were born out of a response to the rampant poverty, illiteracy, and ill health, including the impact of HIV/AIDS, that has devastated many communities.
Our goal is to empower families of poor and vulnerable children through education, health support, and economic empowerment, equipping them to build a brighter future. Guided by Christian morals and a commitment to child rights advocacy, we strive to wipe away tears and bring hope to African children.
Wipe Tears Africa is a legal registered nonprofit organization with the government of Uganda Reg No, 80020000833456 and also registered as a nonprofit incoporation in USA. We operate with a vision to restore hope in the hearts and lives of African children. Through our core values of compassion, empowerment, and integrity, we aim to create a society where every child has access to equal opportunities and a chance to thrive.
